A weekly class for parents and toddlers together. Builds connection, strength, balance, and coordination through games and basic techniques in a fun, energetic environment.

Our kids program builds confidence, discipline, respect, and focus through Jiu Jitsu — age-appropriate instruction in a safe, supportive environment.
